Early access terms
Notice updated 17 October 2026 · Initial early access noticeZelqentra Care & Safety is offered free during early access. No payment details are collected, no charges are enabled and creating an account does not enrol your business into a paid subscription. Any future paid service requires a separate agreement. The person registering confirms they are authorised to establish the business workspace. An ABN or matching email domain does not grant access to an existing workspace. Staff must receive an authorised invitation. Your business is responsible for lawful collection and use of care information, accurate records, participant consent where required, authorised clinical instructions, appropriate staff assignments and review of safeguarding/reporting duties. Records in Zelqentra support evidence collection; they do not guarantee NDIS compliance. Recording an external notification does not submit it to the NDIS Commission. Use a demonstration workspace for fictitious practice records. Do not upload real client data into demonstration workspaces. Early access features may change; browser journeys and operational readiness checks remain outstanding. Retain appropriate copies of important records and report faults to your administrator. You must protect your account and recovery codes, choose whether to enable optional MFA, and revoke access when staff leave. Access must not be shared between companies or users. These initial terms require operator/legal review before a general production launch.
